After Lithionics’ acquisition by Winnebago Industries in 2024, Steven took a pause before beginning his new venture, founding Trifecta Engineering. As CEO & Director of Engineering, he brings deep technical mastery, commercialization expertise, and a proven ability to turn complex engineering challenges into scalable, market‑ready solutions.
